What’s the minimum age to attend?
Counterfeit Festival is a 16+ event. You must be at least 16 years old on the day of the event to attend.
Do I need to bring ID?
Yes — valid photo ID is required for entry. This includes passports, driving licences, or any government-issued ID with your date of birth and photo.
Can I get a refund if I can’t attend?
All tickets are non-refundable, as stated in our terms and conditions. Please double-check your availability before booking.
Can I resell or transfer my ticket?
Tickets are non-transferable and must only be purchased from official outlets. Do not buy from third parties — we can’t guarantee entry for tickets bought from unofficial sources.

Doors open: 6:30 PM
Last entry: 9:30 PM

Can I leave and come back?
No re-entry is allowed once you’ve entered the venue — make sure you bring everything you need.
Is there a cloakroom?
Yes, there will be a cloakroom available at the venue. Small bags and coats can be stored — space is limited, so arrive early if you plan to use it.
Will there be merch for sale?
Yes — official Counterfeit Festival and artist merch will be available inside the venue. Limited stock, so first come, first served.
What happens if I lose something?
Lost items will be handed in at the entrance to the venue. After the event, email contact@counterfeitfestival.com with a description of your item and we’ll do our best to reunite you with it.
Can I bring a camera?
Professional cameras or video equipment are not allowed. You’re welcome to capture memories on your phone, but please respect the experience of others.
How do I get a media pass?

Can I smoke or vape inside the venue?
Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the venue. It is only allowed in designated areas. Please follow venue signage and staff instructions.
